Quarterly Mindfulness Retreats are a great way to sustain and reinvigorate your meditation practice or if you are new to mindfulness the retreat provides a great foundation to start a practice.

Connecting to your Core Values
3-minute Mindful Resilience Practice to deal with challenging moments in your day
Starting your day with Mindful Clarity Practice
Self-kindness and Compassion Practice
Mindful walking, stretching and eating
Practice of Silence from 11 am to 3 pm
Together these practices are shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and help move us beyond fear, uncertainty, and attachment.
What to bring: water bottle, a Bag Lunch, Blanket or Yoga Mat, Pillow (optional), and warm clothing.
