Mindfulness Practice with Eric Nelson

Join Eric on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM via Zoom to learn basic stress management skills through Mindfulness.

During this Zoom gathering, you will learn practices that support present moment attention, which is characterized as non-judgmental, nonreactive, and kind. Instead of unconsciously reacting to life, based on past habits and conditioning, mindfulness gives you the freedom to consciously respond to life from a fresh and creative perspective.

Eric received his BA and MA in Social Psychology and Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University and worked as a Program Officer at the Fetzer Institute for 22 years in mind-body health and contemplative science. He founded Stress Less Kzoo in 2012, which provides stress management training.

Visitors, beginners, experienced practitioners, newcomers, and longtime members and friends are all welcome to join this gathering!
