Are you ready to bring more calm, compassion, and clarity into your daily life? This fall, mindfulness teacher Eric Nelson returns with Mindful Living, a free monthly Zoom series designed to help you nurture emotional resilience, practice self-compassion, and quiet the inner critic.
Hosted by the Unitarian Universalist Community Church of Southwest Michigan, this series is part of their Living from the Heart programming. No long-term commitment is required—simply join when you can and begin experiencing the benefits of mindfulness right away.
What You Can Expect
Each session includes:
- Guided mindfulness practices that you can carry into your daily routine
- Teachings from Pema Chödrön’s Comfortable with Uncertainty, a book filled with wisdom for navigating life’s challenges
- Supportive community dialogue to deepen your understanding and connection with others
Whether you’re brand new to mindfulness or have years of practice, these evenings are a gentle space to explore presence and growth.
