Each year at our General Assembly, the Unitarian Universalist Association President chooses someone to offer a lecture to our entire association. In 2025, Imara Jones, a political journalist and transgender activist, offered an important reflection on the state of our country. During this service, we will watch excerpts of Ms Jones’ address and discuss how defending trans lives is essential to defending our democracy.
