NEW! Religious Exploration for Kids and Youth

Youth Religious Education

Beginning April 24, our in-person Religious Exploration for Kids will be open to all children who are vaccinated to the best of their ability! This means that children under 5 are welcome to attend. Religious Exploration will begin at 10:00 AM and take place at the same time as our Sunday Services. Masks are required for all who can safely wear them.

Families with children are asked to enter the building using the entry doors that lead directly downstairs. If it is your first time attending, you will be asked to show your vaccination cards. After checking the kids in, companion adults can go upstairs to enjoy the service or stay downstairs to help with activities.

Each multi-age Religious Exploration session will begin with a chalice lighting, sharing of joys and concerns, and a time for reflection, meditation, or prayer. Kids will then be invited to explore the topic of the day with different activities including art, games, problem solving, and more.

Following the service, companion adults can return to the Religious Exploration area to pick up their children and exit up to the parking lot.

Youth age 14 and up will continue to have off-site and Zoom meetings on occasion. Watch the newsletter for details.
